By booking an appointment with The Aestheticyn, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, expertise, and policies.

  • DEPOSIT TO BOOK: A card is required to pay the nonrefundable $20 deposit online to book your appointment. This nonrefundable $20 deposit will be applied towards your service total, can only be transferred ONCE in the case of a reschedule, and will be forfeited in the case of any cancellation.

    DAY OF SERVICE: I only accept Zelle and Venmo for the remainder of your service total, which will be collected at the conclusion of your service.

    CARD ON FILE: The card used to pay the nonrefundable $20 deposit will remain on your file. A $25 charge (which is non-transferable to a new appointment) will be applied to your card should the following situations occur:

    No show = you do not show up to your scheduled appointment

    Late cancellation = within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment

    Late reschedule = within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment

    Arriving sick = you show up sick to your scheduled appointment

  • Please understand that I am a one-woman team who works in close proximity to your body. I take my health very seriously. If I am sick, I will be unable to work and do not have someone to replace me.

    If you become sick and unsure of whether you will be feeling better by your appointment, please reschedule or cancel your appointment before 48 hours of your appointment. If you are feeling sick within 48 hours of your appointment, please text me at 626-344-7002 to avoid the $25 charge for late cancellation/reschedule. If you arrive sick, I will not perform your service, will kindly ask you to leave, and charge $25 to the card on file, which is non-transferable to a new appointment.

    If I am sick and unable to attend your scheduled appointment, I will notify you immediately by text and email and invite you to reschedule for a future date. 

  • AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT:

    If you need to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, instructions on how to reschedule or cancel can be found in your appointment confirmation email. Please note that your nonrefundable $20 deposit will only be transferred ONCE for a reschedule and forfeited in the case of a cancellation.

    WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT:

    If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your nonrefundable $20 deposit will only be transferred ONCE for a reschedule or forfeited in the case of cancellation AND you will be charged $25 to the credit card on file, which is non-transferable to a new appointment.  

    I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel the day of your appointment due to an emergency, please text me at 626-344-7002 and I will do my best to accommodate you.

  • Please plan ahead and prepare to arrive on time. I recognize that unexpected things may come up and grant a 10-minute grace period for being late. I cannot accommodate all arrivals past the 10-minute grace period.

    Facial Service: If you are receiving a facial and arrive past the 10-minute grace period, your appointment time will not be extended to make up for your late arrival and your service charge will not be prorated for the time lost. 

    Example: You booked a 60-minute Signature Facial ($85) for 10 am but arrived at 10:20 am. Your facial service will still end at 11 am and you will still be charged $65 (= $85 - $20 deposit).

    Lash and Brow Services: Due to strict processing times required for these services, I cannot shorten the service duration nor extend the time allotted for your appointment to make up for arrival past the 10-minute grace period. As such, lash and brow services will be immediately cancelled 11 minutes after your appointment start time if you have not yet arrived and the card on file will be charged $25, which is non-transferable to a new appointment.  

  • To maintain a calm and professional environment, I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. Only the client receiving a service during the appointment time will be permitted inside my treatment room.

  • Once a service has been performed, I do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy with your results, please text me at 626-344-7002 within 48 hours after your appointment so I can assess the situation. If appropriate, I may offer a complimentary correction, which must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.
